I’m enclosing a PDF file of everyone who has ordered a badge(s). If you have ordered one please find your name on the list and check for any errors.
1. Is Your Call Sign Right? Check for VE and VA.
2. Is Your Name Spelled Right? Some people wanted full names and others only first. Check to make sure I have that right. I did ask about long names and I was told they will reduce the font size in order to get the full name in.
3. Is the pin and/or magnet info right? Pin is $5.00, Magnet is $7.50 plus tax and shipping.
4. If the info I have is right, you don’t have to do anything.
5. If the info is wrong or I don’t have your name down email me by Friday, June 7 with any corrections or omissions. The order will be sent in Saturday June 8. If I don’t hear from you by Friday and there are errors YOU PAY AND KEEP!
Payment:
Just to keep everything simple we will pay the total amount and you can pay when you pick up your badge. I will check to see if we can save the shipping by having somebody go out and get them.
