The CG7 YL Carousel Event held yesterday at NDBSP was a success. The YL’s all enjoyed themselves and made 90+ contacts around the world. Pictures have been posted to the photo gallery on the web site.

Although VE7WLF’s HF idea of having out of town members check into the meeting didn’t meet with success on Thursday were going to keep this going for a few weeks and see what happens. Were inviting all out of town members to check into the Thursday meeting on 3.729 at 8:30 Pacific Time.

Keep in mind that November isn’t that far away and Nov. 6 is the start of our next basic course. If you have friends who have been asking about how to get involved now is the time. Course fee is $65, but if they pay by the October due date the early bird special of $50 applies. The course is approx. 25% capacity, so let them know if there interested don’t wait, get their name in now and pay in October. Last time we turned people away.
