As I have been saying for a long time, this will be the simplest event you have ever been in. Work from wherever you happen to be that day, work what bands and modes you wish and work as many hours as you can. Darrel showed us an idea he has for some new banners for the club to take out to various events. The left side of the banner will have our logo and the right side will probably have the logo of Delta. We were trying to come up with a catchy phrase for the centre. Have any ideas that describe the society as a whole and not just one area that we cover? Send them along for consideration.

Tropical Storm Andrea begins to lose it’s strength*
2013-06-06
At 10:43pm NT (2013-06-06), Tropical Storm Andrea made landfall over Northern Florida and is already undergoing extratropical transition and likely will not severly impact the Maritimes.
As it tracks near Long Island Friday night, no significant impacts on Nova Scotia and Newfoundland are expected.
We will keep you posted as we begin the 2013 Hurricane Season.
